Here at the "The Health Spot" we're giving all you fabulous people the free and positive space to tell your stories and post pics of your progress through the Healthy Weight Challenge.
The Healthy Weight Challenge starts January 15, 2010 and goes until March 15, 2010.
This will be a contest with 5 different categories, but of course everyone's a winner.
If interested in joining the challenge email chicagoherbshop@gmail.com for a participant form. Participant forms will be due January 14, 2010.
