Ban on SuperSize

So I recently heard that Mayor Bloomberg of NYC has implemented a ban on super-sized beverage cups for serving pop/soda/sugary drinks.  I believe any cup larger than 16 oz will be banned.  His goal in the super-sized cup ban is to decrease the rate of obesity.  There have been a lot of mixed feelings on this issue.  Some people feel it's crossing a line.  Others feel it may help the obesity epidemic we have in America.  This would be the first ban of this type in the country.  How do you feel about this ban and would you support it if the ban came to your city?
