TAT Sandwich

Turkey
Sliced Avocado
Sliced Tomato
Whole wheat sandwich thins
Mustard

Sorry there's no pic guys!  I was really hungry

On the side if you have any sliced avocado or tomatoes left, sprinkle a little black pepper and seasoned salt (limited or no salt if you choose).  Yummy!

Peach Cobbler Smoothie
OMG!  I almost died with this one!
-3 parts diced peaches
-1 part frozen strawberries
-yogurt and soy milk -- amount varies depending on your desired thickness
-SmartMeal Chai meal replacement protein powder 2 scoops
  Trust me!  This stuff is great and gives it that "cobbler" flavor

Blend all this together...OMG!







Pineapple Smoothie
-about a cup or so of frozen pineapple
-1/2 to a full cup of soy milk (depends on how thick you like your smoothie
-about 2 tablespoons of yogurt

Blend all ingredients in a blender.  There you go!
What are some good dishes/recipes for asparagus?

Pasta with asparagus, chicken breast, tomatoes and parmesan cheese... yummmmm :-) Pasta in boiling water. I'd put the chicken, asparagus and tomatoes in a pan with olive oil, some herbs and spices. Parmesan cheese on top when you serve it. ~ Isabell S.

Saute in evo with a little garlic. Don't overcook and be sure to snap off the tough ends... Quick 'n easy! ~ Barbara D.
