"Health Nut for the Day"

Add some spinach to your life. It's a great source of iron. It doesn't always have to be cooked. One suggestion: substitute it in your salads--it's better than iceburg lettuce! You can just buy the little bags of spinach from Jewel or Aldi. Mix it in with foods you already eat. Make it fun!
